Welcome to Rethink Your Journey™ with Andi Simon.
I am so glad you are joining us. Bet you are wondering, well “who is Andi Simon and what does she bring to me in this program?”

Some accomplishments to share.
I am:
- An international leader in the growing field of corporate anthropology
- An Axiom bronze Best Business Book of 2017 winning author of On the Brink: A fresh lens to take your business to new heights
- The founder and CEO of Simon Associates Management Consultants (SAMC). SAMC was recognized in 2020 and 2021 as the best New York Corporate Anthropology Agency.
My new book is entitled Rethink: Smashing the Myths of Women in Business. Released in 2020, it shows how women today are challenging the expected norms of business and crashing through with extraordinary creative business, legal and professional solutions. From this research, I have developed tailored coaching for women and this online course for women to discover their best selves.
This program, Rethink Your Journey with Andi Simon was built with women for women. It came out of the research showing how many (like 60%) women were just not satisfied today with where they were in the lives. Some were talented and accomplished but still searching for more. Others had degrees and business success but were waking up said and lonely. Those with businesses were wondering what came next. Out of our listening, we developed this program for each of them and all of you who are reading this.
You can read more about me in major publications from Inc.com, Business Week, Good Morning America, and Modern Healthcare. I have been a blogger for Forbes and Fierce Healthcare and Huffington Post. And we have our own blogs On the Brink and Business Change Management. With the launch of Rethink, we have created a new blog just for women.
With more than 150,000 monthly listeners, my podcast, On the Brink with Andi Simon, is ranked among the top 200 business podcasts for entrepreneurship and rated among the top 20 futurist podcasts.
What matters most to me today is helping women like you become the best that you can be. It is both very important and very do-able for us to team-up together to help you see, feel and think in new ways so you can do what really matters to you.
